RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Each photobook is produced individually to order after the pre-order window closes, and cannot be resold to another customer. For this reason, and in line with the exemption for custom-made goods under EU consumer protection law, all sales are final — we don't accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
The exceptions: if your book arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
