SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
PRE-ORDER TIMING
"The Unforgettable Americana" is a made-to-order photobook. The order window is open from July 9 until Friday, July 17. After the window closes, all orders are sent to production together.
Production time with our print partner is approximately 2 weeks from the close of the order window. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your book ships.
RATES AND TIMING ONCE SHIPPED
- Finland: Standard shipping, 2–5 business days, €5 (plus €5 per additional item)
- Everywhere else: International standard, 7–14 business days, €35 (plus €10 per additional item)
These timeframes begin once your order ships, not from the order date — please account for the production time above.
TRACKING
Shipments will have tracking codes available once the orders ship out. Orders made in Finland will ship with PostNord an all international orders will ship with UPS
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT FEES (international orders)
Customers outside Finland/the EU may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes charged by their own country. These are not included in your order total or in our control.
DELAYS
Because books are produced to order, delivery times are estimates. If production or shipping is significantly delayed, we'll email you with an update.
