TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with PITKN Creative (FI33791814), you agree to the following terms.
ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS
Some products, including photobooks, are sold as pre-orders during a limited ordering window. Once the window closes, your order is submitted for production and can no longer be changed, added to, or cancelled by request, except where required by law. Estimated production and delivery timing is listed in the Shipping and delivery policy and on the product page — these are estimates, not guaranteed dates, since books are produced to order by a third-party print partner.
PRICING
All prices are listed in EUR and are current at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed. Once payment is confirmed, your price is locked in.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your card details.
CANCELLATIONS BY US
We may cancel or refuse an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, an unresolvable pricing error, or if production of the book is no longer possible — and will issue a full refund if we do.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All photography, designs, and written content in this shop and in "The Unforgettable Americana" belong to Eetu Pitkänen / PITKN Creative. Purchasing a photobook gives you the physical object — it does not grant any right to reproduce, scan, publish, or resell the images or content within it.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We aim for every book to arrive as described and undamaged, and will make it right if it doesn't (see Returns and refunds). Beyond replacement or refund of your order, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
FORCE MAJEURE
If circumstances outside our reasonable control (including delays at our print partner, customs, or postal carriers) affect production or delivery, we'll communicate updates as soon as we have them rather than guarantee a fixed timeline.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers in the EU also retain any rights granted by EU consumer protection law regardless of this clause.
